Aim/Purpose of Job
The largest independent flexible packaging manufacturer in the U.K. is continuing to grow and are looking for an ICT Support Administrator to join their team
Main Duties & Tasks
Applicants will be responsible for first line support for all ICT related incidents/problems and performing administrative tasks within the ICT department. This is an ideal role for someone looking to work up to 2nd line support.
Full in house training will be given offering excellent long-term future career prospects. Working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, although flexibility is essential due to occasional weekend or evening work.

All applicants must be 18 years or over and be eligible to work in the UK
Attitudes & Qualities
Previous experience of working in a 1st line support for for a minimum of 2 years is essential.
Applicants must demonstrate a self-motivated approach to their workload, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A good practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite of Software is required.
