Ultimate Digital is excited to be working with Fruits for Drinks, a new brand product that has just been launched to the market. Fruits for Drinks brings a zesty addition to the beverage market, with their freeze-dried fruits.
If you have ever opened your fridge only to find shrivelled lemons or limes, then you know exactly why there is a need for this product. The freeze-drying of citrus fruits for a drinks garnish has never been done before and it took the Fruits for Drinks team – with help from the people that supply the food for the International Space Station – over 18 months to perfect the method.
All you do is store it in your kitchen to go straight from cupboard to glass or water bottle.
The freeze-drying process removes all of the moisture but leaves behind all of the vitamins, minerals and, most importantly, all the flavour of the fruit. In fact their method means that compared to fresh, after a few days there are more vitamins and minerals in their product than the fresh fruit has!
This fantastic product can be paired with any drink to add a refreshing citrus flavour, and it goes especially well with gin!
When you drop a citrus wheel into a glass all of the natural flavours of the fruit are released, but when you do it with the berry fruit something really special happens. As soon as the alcohol is poured on to the fruit, it instantly gives up not just its amazing aromas, but also its colour – turning any drink in to a pink drink, instantly.
Maximum Taste with Minimum Waste
This product has an amazing shelf life of 9 months and has been packaged in a re-sealable pouch, making it easy for consumers to re-seal and store away until needed again.
The pouches have been digitally printed to the highest quality; the abstract funky design truly pops out with the vibrant bold colours used. Digital print has enabled Fruits for Drinks to have short print runs, which is perfect for any small start-up business to test the market.
