Ultimate Digital has appointed Laura Ingoldby to the role of Customer Service Executive as the first step in developing the team to help deliver future growth in the Digital Flexible Packaging Industry.
Laura is the first person to be appointed to the newly established Business Development team, with others set to follow very soon – so watch this space! Laura brings with her a wealth of knowledge within the printing industry, carrying nearly 9 years’ experience under her belt.
The team is led by long-term Business Development Manager Rachel Read who has played an integral role in the success of Ultimate Digital, having worked for the Packaging Company for 26 years in total and having been heavily involved in the opening of the Digital Print facility back in 2011.
Laura is responsible for producing quotations for new and existing clients, sales support and processing orders alongside colleague Kathryn Goldsmith who has worked for the company now for nearly 2 years as a Digital Accounts Executive.
Laura said “Having worked in the Digital Label sector for some time, it’s a refreshing change and I’m really excited to be part of the team to help gain more knowledge and experience within this particular sector.”
